Delete your data
You can ask Global Academia Connects to delete your account and the personal information we hold about you at any time, including an account you created with Google or Facebook.
How to ask
Email info@gaconnt.com or WhatsApp +8801805560202 from the email address or phone number on your account, and write "Delete my data". Tell us your full name so we can find your record.
We confirm your request and delete your account and personal information within 30 days.
If you signed in with Facebook
You can also remove our app from Facebook: Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove Global Academia Connects. Then send us the request above so we delete what we hold.
If you signed in with Google
You can remove our access at myaccount.google.com, under Security, then Third-party apps and services. Then send us the request above.
What we may keep
If you have applied to a university or paid us, we keep the records the law requires (for example invoices and receipts) for as long as it requires. Everything else is deleted.
