Application & documents

Offer letter

The university issues an offer. You accept and pay any required deposit directly to the university.

EMGS submission & processing

EMGS verifies documents, fees and medical requirements; Immigration reviews your student pass.

VAL issued (~70%)

Your Visa Approval Letter is ready — you can now arrange your Single Entry Visa and travel.

Arrival & medical

After landing you complete a medical screening within 7 days; then EMGS asks for your passport.

Student pass issued

Immigration endorses your student pass in your passport — you are cleared to study.

EMGS shows 100% both when an application is completed (success) and when it is closed (not approved) — so we always show the actual status text and colour, never just the number.
