How to study in Malaysia

Your complete roadmap from first message to landing in Malaysia — free counselling, exact fees, document support, and live EMGS visa tracking. Most students finish in 2–3 months.

Your journey in 6 steps

Step 1
Free counselling & shortlist
Message us your results and budget. We match you honestly to universities you can afford — with exact fees shown up front, no “enquire for price”.
Step 2
Apply & collect offers
We submit your application and follow up until the offer letter arrives. You can hold offers from 2–3 universities and choose calmly.
Step 3
Accept & pay the university
Review the offer with your counsellor, verify course, intake and fees, then pay the university directly — we never touch your tuition.
Step 4
Process with EMGS for approval
We submit your student-pass application to EMGS and track every stage live for you. Once your Visa Approval Letter (VAL) is approved, you simply download it from EMGS — no guesswork, no waiting in the dark.
Step 5
SEV & flight
Get your Single Entry Visa, book your flight after the VAL is issued, and we email you the arrival medical checklist with your 7-day deadline.
Step 6
Arrival, medical & student pass
We meet you at the airport. You complete the medical within 7 days; EMGS then issues your Student Pass — you are cleared to study.
