About Limkokwing University of Creative Technology
Limkokwing University of Creative Technology is a private creative-technology and design university founded in 1991 by Tan Sri Dato' Sri Paduka Dr Lim Kok Wing. Built around the creative industries, it teaches design, multimedia, communication, fashion, broadcasting, information technology, architecture and business through hands-on, studio-based learning that mirrors how real creative agencies work.
Its flagship campus sits in Cyberjaya, Malaysia's technology city just south of Kuala Lumpur, and forms part of a genuinely global network with campuses across Africa, Europe and Asia. That reach gives the university one of the most international student bodies you will find anywhere: more than 30,000 students from over 150 countries study within the group, so a Bangladeshi student steps straight into a truly multicultural campus.
For students who want a creative, portfolio-led career rather than a traditional lecture-hall degree, Limkokwing offers a distinctive environment — one where industry projects, cultural diversity and a global brand come together in a single, design-focused university.
Why choose LUCT?
- A specialist creative-technology university built for design, media, fashion, communication and the digital creative industries — not a general campus with an art department bolted on

- Part of a global multi-campus group spanning Africa, Europe and Asia, giving the degree an international brand and outlook
