About International University College of Management and Sports (ICMS)
International University College of Management and Sports (ICMS) is a private university college in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. It was established in 2006 as Cyberlynx International College, later became International College of Management and Sports, and now operates as a university college. It is wholly owned by ICMS Education Group Sdn Bhd.
The city campus is on Level 13 of Menara PKNS in Petaling Jaya, about 10 minutes' walk from the Taman Jaya and Asia Jaya LRT stations, with classrooms, a resource centre, a computer lab and a student lounge. The ICMS Football Academy is based at Puncak Alam, Shah Alam, with a football field, gym, cafeteria, changing rooms and a hostel.
ICMS is best known for sports education. Its Diploma in Football Studies was developed with the University of Bedfordshire in the UK, and it also offers diplomas in sports science, exercise science, business, computer science, applied artificial intelligence, policing and investigation, enforcement management and occupational safety and health, plus a Bachelor in Law Enforcement (Honours), a Master of Business Administration and research degrees. International students apply for a Visa Approval Letter, and the college collects new students on arrival.

Yes. International University College of Management and Sports (ICMS) is a registered private university college (DKU057(B)) and has been licensed by the Malaysian Ministry of Education since 2006. Its accredited diploma programmes appear on the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Malaysian Qualifications Register under its earlier name, International College of Management and Sports.
The main campus is at Lot 13A & 13B, Level 13, Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya, No. 17, Jalan Yong Shook Lin, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. The ICMS Football Academy is at Puncak Alam, Shah Alam.
For the Bachelor in Law Enforcement (Honours), international students need IELTS 5.0, MUET Band 3.5 or another relevant English test. For the student visa, ICMS accepts PTE Academic, IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge CAE or CPE, and MUET.
ICMS says new international students are picked up by college staff or an appointed party and checked in to accommodation prepared by the college, before registering at the institution.
