UNITAR quotes one all-in total of RM74,760 for this programme — it covers tuition, registration, semester and graduation fees and the deposit, with no breakdown. RM16,300 of it is paid as initial advance fees once the visa approval letter is issued. Visa renewal for later years is not printed on the sheet. Fee sheet dated January 2025. About UNITAR International University
UNITAR International University (UNITAR) was established in 1997 as the first virtual university in Southeast Asia and among the earliest private universities in Malaysia. It is part of the UNITAR Education Group, which began in 1991 as UNITAR College. According to the university, it is a private higher education institution owned and managed by Ekuiti Nasional Berhad (EKUINAS). The main campus is at Tierra Crest, Jalan SS6/3, Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, with buses and light rail (LRT) stops within walking distance. UNITAR also runs regional centres in several Malaysian states, mainly for its blended and online programmes. UNITAR offers Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's and PhD programmes in business, accounting and finance, education, psychology, information technology and artificial intelligence, and media, art and design. International applications are open all year, with intakes in January, May and September. The university's Student Enrolment Centre (International) applies for the student pass on the student's behalf, and university representatives meet new international students at the airport.
